Waited three weeks for this hopeless company to deliver goods only to be finally told they do not deliver to my area What an absolute waste of money all round.Get some staff startrack,no one answers your phone and the collection centre is always closed What a joke you are!! Thats a BIG zero star review.

Having used Startrack almost exclusively for nearly 20 years for our business and received good, personal service in Armidale, being able to contact the office by phone or the delivery truck driver on mobile, or a quick visit to the depot, now we cannot do either of these very convenient things for business delivery. Waiting on the phone for 30 minutes with repeated recorded messages while the missed delivery truck is only minutes way and being advised that we would need to wait for next day for the delivery - in a smallish place like Armidale really stinks! A once excellent service now will be avoided.
