I used these guys for a repair of our headlights, turned out to be just blown globes but he booked me in the next day after I called and spoke to him, explained that I had a 10 week old baby and would have to wait there till it was fixed, and he did it within about 20 mins! No charge too as it was just the globes not the whole electrics. Very nice and friendly, explained and showed me the globes, gave me good advice on where to get cheap good tyres too when I asked! Very happy and will return if/when I need.
