Ascot Maintenance

I understand schedules change and certain jobs take longer than others, however, when a business books in a time and says they can’t do any later due to time constraints and business hours, and then proceeds to be over an hour late, it’s extremely frustrating. Especially when I have to take time off from work to be there when they arrive.



They booked in 2pm on a Friday and said they finish at 4pm and absolutely CANNOT do a later time because the job would take 1.5-2 hours. I came home early to let them in. After 30minutes of waiting I called and they proceeded to tell me that they would aim to be here by 3pm but still hadn’t finished the current job.



Perhaps a text or call stating ETA beforehand would help.
