I emailed about Australia Post delays as I am not the customer for AusPost and cant lodge a complaint with them direct. I did not know sendle which they advise in shipping FAQ does not have express service is faster and other courier companies they get charged extra service fees. This is the tone of the reply I got. You make your mind up if you want to be treated like this, yelling and derogatory comments.

Barely 2hrs after you placed the order and it was freshly roasted earlier that morning. But you already know this fact as you received a dispatch notification.
Most semi-intelligent people already understand that senders have ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER HOW PARCELS TRAVEL THROUGH THE NETWORKS.
You can raise a complaint with AusPost. They don't listen to us as we complain every day, in fact for the last 14 years !
Finally, by the way - YOU HAD A CHOICE IN THE CHECKOUT FOR AUSPOST OR SENDLE (FASTWAY/COURIERS PLEASE). YOU CHOSE AUSPOST !
That's rather embarrassing Francis that you have dumped on us and complained about not offering alternatives when in fact you made the decision to use AusPost. 70% of our customers choose Sendle.
Customer (YOU) chooses the shipper - not us.
No need to apologize for blasting us when it's not our fault. I've closed your access to our store, go elsewhere in future.
