Priority 1 Plumbing

Called Priority 1 Plumbing (David) as his contact form wasn't working. He was extremely rude saying "yeah so what - what do you want", "why are you telling me this", "who cares if it's not working, do you want me or not". Forget just trying to do something half decent in this world.



Had a 15m pipe reline needing done but the way David answered the phone with the arrogant attitude really turned me away from him.

We were charged $1300 for an emergency call within business hours. It took no more than 1/2 hour to repair.



The following day they came out to QUOTE for changing over pipes in our roof and were charged another $495.



Stay well away. The guy had the hide to tell me that they gave good deals and trashed another company starting with the letter F.

Priority 1 plumber came to fix a simple leak in the overflow of my rainwater tank. Said it was fixed, cost $363 but it was still leaking.

He would not answer his phone but was very rude in his smses. He said someone would come back, didn't come back when they said. Messaged again, he was rude again. Said they would come back. I didn't see any repairs. Smsed, he said they had been out Monday. I had a look and tested. Still leaking. Lots more rude smses and they will not come back to fix it.

I had to get another plumber in to fix the leak.

They are the worst trades person/ company I have ever dealt with.
