Rude customer service rep at service desk

Asked for a cash out at the service desk after buying a bag of grocery at the self-service checkout. Was told by a rude cashier guy that I had to buy another item to get cash out because of their store policy. It's a shame that Woolworths is matching Aldi on services. Why don't I just go to Aldi then?

Unprofessional and unethical behaviour

Check out staff at 8am was unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour towards my purchased item. She did not greet and flipped very deli and small items towards me while I was trying to pack. Total no disregard of item may get damage. Am a Woolworths staff myself, it's bad enough with less check out counters but staff with no care attitude and behaviour is not acceptable. She should be reprimanded and retrain. I always try to get Aron(Asian staff) I hope that's his name. He is extremely polite, friendly and very professional. He will always glady pack your items for you. She could learn from him how to hconducts oneself with customers. Well done to him.
