I go to this KFC every second day, although I don't know why I do.

They never have large gravies, instead replacing with two small that are only half full. I just got home fifteen minutes ago, and they have left the large chips out of my up-sized tenders meal. I have tried calling the store but they don't answer the phone.

I don't usually bother calling anymore when something is missing, after getting the third degree about not having a receipt the last time. The missing items from my orders must amount to about $250 over the years.

If you do decide to visit this store, make sure you don't leave until you have made sure that every one of your items is included. Sit in the drive through and go through the bag. It's the only way you will get what you paid for.

KFC Aspley. For an order of $50 for myself, wife, in laws and my kids, it was appalling. They left out our large coleslaw and dipping sauce, the chicken was cold and hard and quite spicy (?) the nuggets and chips looked and tasted barely cooked, and it took them 20 mins to fill the order?! My kids took 2 bites of the nuggets and wouldn't eat any more. The chicken looked like it had been sitting I the heater for a very long time. So we all ended up eating homemade pasta! Wish I had read reviews on True Local before going there, give this place a miss.
