Clough Barry Auto Repairs

Vehicle was booked in for 8 am. Hubby left it and returned hours later but Clough hadn't even started. Said it would take an hour and a half once he started. Hubby didn't have time to wait as he had shopping to do and get home to his ill wife and hours drive away.

Booked vehicle in for a service but noted a problem when delivering, so asked that this be made a priority. On pickup I paid for the service but the priority job hadn't been done. When I complained, the receptionist rudely pointed out that it wasn't on their hand-written list (as though that was my fault!). Despite my objections she continued to snap that it wasn't on the list, leaving my wife in tears. Pity, because the boss tried to be helpful, but rude, aggressive reception drove me away.
