These people are fraudsters. you will find them on Ebay as 'snow boy' don't buy. they send faulty goods, and they don't deliver; they don't answer phones and do not return calls and don't reply to emails. they should be reported to the authorities for selling faulty electrical goods

Ordered a washing machine part took 3 weeks to recieve by mail whilst my machine is not working . Incorrect part supplied and refused to credit . Warning . Do not go near this guy .

Buyers beware. Do not buy from this guy. Sold me a damage fridge and says that i damage it and will not refund or repair . Very dishonest company. Wasted $400 for a damage fridge.( it was supposed to be a brand new fridge).

Buyer beware - Powas is completely unreliable. I ordered a washing machine part. It took months and repeated attempts by me to get updates before I was told that it had arrived. However, it had taken so long that we had already bought a new washing machine. Then Powas refused to give my money ($82) back even though they never sent me anything for the money. They responded positively to my emails but never came through on their commitments.
