Terrible service to say the least. I was given a quote and I booked in the job - clean windows. I explained there was no elevations and the house was 12 years old.

On the day of the service I was told sorry we will go the next day then I asked if it could be done that day.

I got another call later to say they made a mistake on the quote and it was now double!

They then suggested oh because its a old house they now won't do it - I believe this was the outcome from the beginning.

The absolute worst customer service I have come across in years. I deal with construction suppliers on a daily basis and this would have to be the worst.

Which company doubles its quote on the same day, changes the day then last minute cancels.
