Austi Beach Cafe

The first thing I noticed were the flies, but I thought to give this place the benefit of the doubt. After paying $19 for a burger meal and grease-saturated seafood sticks, I was denied access to the bathroom to wash the filth from my hands (even though they let my Caucasian boyfriend do the same thing at the beginning of our meal just 15 minutes prior). Appalling customer service.

Absolutely fantastic, my wife and I have been here for breakfast a few times as well as dinner twice, only had 1 hiccup this morning when my wife's coffee was not up to their usual high standard, when we raised the issue the staff could not do enough to rectify it. I love the Austi big brekkie which is served with perfectly cooked eggs, bacon that's not dripping with fat and oil, chipolatas, chat potatoes, mushrooms, spinach and toast, I ordered another coffee cause they are just that good. Dinner is very good as well and you simply can't beat the location. The staff here are always very friendly, attentive and very efficient. The only downside is it is sometimes so busy you may need to book.
