Lighthouse Building Permits

Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor throughout the project, with frequent changes of mind and inconsistent direction that caused unnecessary delays. Rather than working collaboratively to resolve issues, the surveyor escalated matters without proper discussion. Unprofessional and difficult to deal with — would not recommend.

As there company web site says the legal stuff is complicated but they assissted all the way. Thanks Lighthouse for helping me build my dream home.

Lighthouse have had the tolerance to assist me through the process of putting my house back together; I would have hated it if you all were not so friendly and forthcoming; I would have deliberated over making every phone call. Thanks so much for advice and assistance.

From the initial phone call, they have provided us with answers to all our questions and were very informative which helped us to obtain a building permit for our house in a reasonable time frame. They carried out inspections on time and were very informative and clear on site. We will be using their services again for our next house.

If you require a building permit i would go somewhere else. Their staff are unprofessional they don't contact you to ask for an additional information .i was quoted 2 to 3 week ,after 4week and no closer to geeting the permit i told them to stick it.do your self a favor if you need a permit go somewhere else
