Eastern Bell Chinese Restaurant

This local Chinese restaurant has been here for years! Its not keeping up terribly well with the many new Chinese restaurants blooming around Melbourne, but fortunately they have regular loyal customers keeping them busy.
I think you need to grow up having dined here to truly appreciate its charm now. Its looking a little tired and serves Chinese dishes that are very much targeted to the Western demographic, however they are mostly quite tasty and MSG free too. On top of that the staff are always friendly and the experience overall is pleasant enough. With a bit of rejuvenation Eastern Bell could find appeal with a whole new generation.
