Presented in total agony with shoulder impingement and pinched nerve running pain down my arm. 30 minute appointment. Spent 10 minutes talking about it(me squirming in pain), 10 minutes him doing whatever that was (him “tickling” my back going nowhere near the pain centre despite me telling him and pointing it out several times) and 10 minutes talking about rubber band exercises. When I asked him how long his “expert advice” would take to bring relief he said (and I quote) “I don’t know, how long is a piece of string”. This was a very expensive 30 minutes. We parted company. I left… still in total agony. He left… ka-ching ka-ching NEXT!
