This man has cost me my life savings, the report provided failed to disclose serious structural issues with the house that i discovered two months later . Please do research on his licences, ( he has none) . He has failed to see major defects in that I should have been made aware of and exercised my rights not to buy. Always check insurances . This company has been totally negligent .
