Bluescope Lysaght

We placed an small order to build a shed , that was fine no problems. Was told that they would deliver Thursday morning. They had our phone number so I was waiting for them to ring me when they were near or when they got to our rural property. They did not ring and they just dumped our order out side of our front gate with also a box of screws. I just noticed this when I went up to shift some branches near out gate. The road outside our property is opposite a State Forest and on a busy road with lots of traffic and the delivery could have easily been stolen if I did not notice it was there. I then had to ring my husband at work so he could come home and move the roofing and roof battens of the main road and into our property. He than had to hook up our trailer and load the order on to our trailer and bring it safely into our yard.

I rang the company and they advised me that they just have contract drivers and they just leave it on the roadside kerb. We are out of town on a rural property so no roadside kerb.

We also had to pay $50 freight charge. We could have just as well hooked up our trailer and picked this up from there shop and we would then not have been charged the $50.

I'm sure if it was a bigger delivery they would have driven it into our property.

ABSOULTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
