McDonald's

We have put up with bi-weekly incidents of very poor service for years to keep the kids happy but this will be the last time I ever go to this McDonalds.



During the day is not as bad but after 5pm they make you wait for 20+ minutes for drive through almost every time and it is usually stone cold by the time you get it. You can see them mucking around inside while your food is sitting on the bench going cold.



And they always get the order wrong. You can’t say anything because they have gone back in the building by the time you work that out. So you have to shout at them through the drive through window across the car park to correct it like some crazy person unless you have another 30 minutes to waste lining up in the drive thru queue. Sometimes they fix it and bring it out, but lately they told me to go back inside the building if there was a problem!



So I’m supposed to leave my young children alone in the car to go inside and sort out their mistakes - usually for an online order too… it’s not hard to read a list of items and pack them correctly but they can’t even do that and then it is on you to sort it out - and NEVER an apology as apparently who cares about inconveniencing anyone other than themselves.



Just so poor on every level. I have been late for many appointments and after school activities over the last few years because I stupidly think it might be better each time.



So goodbye forever unless your staff and level of service improve drastically. You won’t be getting my $70+ of orders per week. I would suggest people support local businesses who actually care about their customers and the image of their company instead.

Was left waiting for 10 minutes on drive thru for 2 sundaes. Had to walk in and was handed the wrong order which had melted. No apology and had to ask for new order.

The Bathurst Store doesn't give Small Drink & Fries with the Big MAC. Even called and spoke to manager sounded like little girl & was no help. Lost me as a customer the burgers were even cold. Very Disappointing, ignoring the current offer and management doesn't care.
