We purchased a property in Sandy Bay through Nest property at the end of 2013, and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house. As we had only recently moved to Australia from the UK, we were not familiar with the process for house buying in Tasmania, but the team at Nest guided us very carefully and thoroughly through all the steps we needed to take.
