Very poor on basic customer service. Experience was good until I was patched through to the sales person. Curt and dismissive style of communication. I was specifically after a particular type and he was keen to push through a gas heater. Why would one want to replace a working gas heater with another especially when gas it is being phased out in Victoria. Anyways it was too argumentative and took my business elsewhere.

Initially went with them because they were the warranty repairers for my hot water system. When called out on their pricing being much higher than a very experienced local plumber, they got aggressive and defensive. Would not recommend. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere!
