This company and its service technician couldn't have helped me more with a warranty claim, they responded as quickly as they could have and went above and beyond to be professional and kind.
This service doesn't exist these days.

Be very careful selecting this company to help you out. They are less than pleasant to deal with. The technician is rude, offensive, abrupt and dismissive

Overall, very disappointing experience. Siemens washing machine error code and Domain recommended as a service provider (lack of service maybe). Engineer came out, explained a strip and rebuild can take over an hour, so break the cap and replace preferred (10 minutes). Two weeks later the same fault. Multiple calls to be told someone would call, which no one did. Finally, a further two weeks after, told despite the same issue, another call out fee etc. If only they had done the job properly the first time. Complaint to follow along with feedback to Siemens re: workmanship. Avoid.

Rang this business about my faulty fridge that just needs to be regassed. They told me someone would be in touch, they never did a week later, threw all my food out, useless company, who says we're in a recession, clearly not, these guys not interested in any customers, move on.

We recently used Domain after our fridge was affected by a water leakage through the top from an aircon system. The wiring on the PCB had shorted and the technician advised us not to get it fixed as there was more than likely further damage. At a cost of $542 we decided, in good faith to take the techs advice and not have it fixed. As we had verge recycling, that is where we put the fridge. My disappointment is not with the tech but the rudeness of the owner when we queried the report. It stated the cost of repair only with no mention of what the tech had told us. The owner was rude, condescending and should stay well away from his customers. I can cop the report but not how myself or my partner were treated over a number of phone calls. Highly disappointing experience.

Don't bother. THese guys are unreliable and fail on customer service. If you have to spend $130 on a call out fee (max. 30 minutes labour, parts not included), youd do better going somewhere else

Highly recommend Domain Appliances. Callout was as promised on time and the mechanic was really knowledgeable. Brilliant service!!

NO service actually. Organise a time for the repair - if you can not answer the one call late in the afternoon on your phone be prepared - they actually cancel the agreed appointment time and no warning on the message they leave on your voicemail that they have cancelled the appointment either. No text or email confirmations (they don't do things like that).
I know you have a business to run and need to confirm your appointments but I have work commitments as well and when I have an agreed time of say between 1 to 3 pm and your repairman rings me at 9.30am to say you have one hour to be here or I will move on it makes me very anxious thinking my machine is never going to be fixed!
Do not buy any appliance where this company is the one that is responsible for fixing it!

If you like long lead times for repairs, You will love these guys.
Excellent customer service if you love calling a number that is constantly engaged. Protip: there is this 'newfangled' technology now called call waiting, saves your customers ringing twelve times to get through i know you have an answering machine(well done!) cause i copped that during the day when it wasnt engaged.
Fantastic resoloution skills if you love answers like 'dont know how long until we can have a look at it" and "we will call you the day before we arrive, have no idea when that will be"
Cant comment on workmanship as had to ring manufacturer to get me someone out in a timely manner.
Will end on a positive note, was very grateful to hear I will not have to deal with them again.
Domain, if you cant do a job in the metro area in a reasonable time frame, dont take it. Let a pro do it and save your customers the hassle of writing fair reviews like this.
