The receptionist is surly and unpleasant. I've worked as a medical receptionist and there's no excuse for being downright rude to your customers. She implied I was lying when I said I'd been going to the surgery since I was a kid because she couldn't find my file. Besides this, I phoned to make an appointment, she said I should come in in twenty minutes to see the Doctor. I went in and waited for more than an hour. Three people saw the Doctor I was booked to see before me. If she knew he was running so late, why not ask me to come in an hour and a half- or better yet, let me make an appointment for another day as I has originally asked for? Perhaps because I went in on a weekend day when they can charge you a higher fee.
