U Bin

I had a service booked with this company, once they finally turned up he seemed incapable of the job and was on the phone getting directions on how to operate the bin lift



He tipped the bin over and said someone would come back to collect it,



In the end we had to book another bin service to finish the job

Unfortunately this business gets their work from the 'Book a bin site', they are the cheapest quote and you don't know who you've gotten until you pay and by that time it's too late.

Worst business ever. Doesnt answer or return phone calls. Forgets to bring bins for longer than one week.

Never use!

Worst people to deal with and very rude. I will report to fair trading!

Absolutely deplorable. We ordered a bin and waited for it to be delivered early AM. They were a "no show". We called them the next day and they said it was on the truck. Again, a "no show". My husband tried to call and they would not answer, so we got his mum to call and they picked up. When she questioned why they had not delivered the bin, the guy on the phone said "oh f&$@ and hung up in her ear. We were late for work twice because of waiting for this deplorable, unprofessional company. Not to mention the other trades inconvenienced because they failed to do their job. No sign of an apology. What a complete waste of time and expense.
