Beechworth Health Service

Beechworth nursing home is less than unsatisfactory. The staff there are ignorant to majority of requests and they treat clients as if they're babies. They also talk back to visitors in an extremely rude manner. Pillow cases are not changed as necessary, crumbs and food stains are not only left in the beds but also on clients chairs (very unhygienic). Not to mention they do not change incontinence pads regularly. If you are considering this nursing home for a family member, I highly advise to choose another one.
