This is the best experience to have when in pain !
The room & atmosphere is VERY relaxing .
Irene answers any queries you have & puts you at ease .
She has magical hands to help ease your pain & can also get rid of it altogether in my case . I highly recommend others give it a try when they need it . I’m sure you won’t be disappointed .

I have a bulging disc in my lower back that 95% of the time doesn’t bother me. The other 5% I am in constant pain. I haven’t had a flare up for over a year. But the last 3 weeks has been horrible. I’d been to my physio 5 times which helped, but hadn’t given me a decent level of relief. I mentioned to my Mum about the pain and she reminded me about Bowen. I have been to Irene in the past but had actually forgotten about using her. (Silly me!) So after 3 weeks of constant pain I messaged her and she managed to squeeze me in the same day.
The relief was instant! By the next morning the pain was gone apart from when I stretched/twisted. Now two days on the twisting pain is nearly non-existent .
Next time my back flares up I will be straight back to see Irene. She’s so gentle and you can feel the care she puts into her hands. If you are in any pain, definitely give her a try.

My sleep pattern was all out of routine & gaining unwanted klgs.
After my first appointment I could notice a difference & after the 4th appointment over 7 was I felt like a completely new person.
