John and his team were extremely caring, supportive and respectful .They explained everything very clearly and nothing was a problem for them.

John and his son Nigel came to collect my mum after she passed. He spent time with our family and spoke very kindly to my father who was understandably upset. We spent a good hour with him the next day asking questions about the funeral and what we had to do. He gave us wonderful contacts who made mum's service very special.
On the day he was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly.

WORST FUNERAL COMPANY EVER! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO BURY YOUR LOVED ONE.
MY FAMILY AND I WERE LEFT WAITING OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN FOR OVER 1 HOUR TO COLLECT OUR LOVED ONES ASHES. WE WERE NOT ASKED INSIDE TO WAIT OR OFFERED ANY KINDNESS WHATSOEVER. WHEN WE QUESTIONED THEIR LACK OF CARE AND CONSIDERATION WE WERE VERBALLY ATTACKED AND THREATENED BY THE OWNER. HE SUGGESTED HE MIGHT JUST KEEP THE ASHES AND NOT RETURN THEM TO US. MY SISTER QUESTIONED THE LEGALITY OF THIS AND HE SHOUTED AT HER TO LEAVE HIS PREMISES BEFORE HE CALLED THE POLICE TO HAVE HER REMOVED. IT WAS A MOST DISTURBING AND TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. HE ALSO SAID HE WILL TAKE ME TO COURT IF I PUT THIS ON PUBLIC MEDIA........
