Laser Engraving & Keys

Last Tuesday, 5 Sep 23, my metal watch strap was "fixed" using my old pin and was charged a fee of $10.00. I was given a receipt which was so faintly printed that the words could not be read. The pin dropped off the next day. Today, 9 Sep 23, I went back to the older gentleman for a refund. And these were what he said, " I have never touched this watch before and I don't know what are you talking about". When I said I will complain and he said ," go ahead, I am used to it". Unfortunately I could not challenge this issue as I did not have the receipt to proof .

Such dishonesty and poor attitude of this older gentleman is a disgrace to this company and a shame. ! So, be forewarned when you have to deal with this older gentleman at Belconnen Laser engraving and keys.

Never going back.this was my first and definitely last time!the mechanic was a dishonest block who doesent have any idea about repair business.i had my wrist watch battery replaced by him and had to go back to his shop within 20 days of the replacement.he did charged me for the faulty battery and was denying about the faulty battery.such a dishonest repairer i have ever come across.he overcharged me and gave me worst service.then i have replaced my battery from another watch repairer and found out that the laser and engrave fitted a used old battery in my watch.shame on him.
