Easy to choose what I wanted, great prompt quoting & excellent installation

There are lots of places you can purchase a door, so make a wise choice and choose somewhere else. Poor communication start to finish and blamed me for not knowing that the salesperson/owner forgot to offer insulation against the weather. Now we have an admittedly very attractive door that allows the wind through due to a lack of proper insulation. Don't try complaining to the owner, he couldn't give two hoots about his customer. And don't think Doors Plus will help because the store is independently owned. An expensive lesson in why you should always read the reviews before making a purchase.

You called me a WHAT?
Double glass bi-fold doors installed by Doors Plus Geelong, about 12 months ago fell just now and hit my 4-year-old on the head and my 2-year-old on the back while they were playing. I rang the owner of the local franchise and explained to him what happened, and that it appeared the thin metal track holding the doors up had bulged. He said the doors must have been pushed incorrectly causing the bulge. Poor design, I said, heavy doors should withstand toddlers antics - come and fix it (even told him I was happy to pay). He shot back that in 20-years he's only had to replace four tracks ... and when I told him this would be the fifth, he snarled, "I don't have to do anything, because you're not a customer anymore, you're an #*&!hole". Did he just call me an #*&!hole? Up this point I was being firm though polite. BUT, HELLO, THE 20kg+PLUS DOORS YOU INSTALLED JUST FELL ON MY KIDS!!! Beware friends (and feel free to SHARE the love). A simple, "Sorry, we'll send someone over to have a look" would've done nicely.
