We had Elodie McKenzie as our property manager. It was the most horrific experience. She was rude, in many way.

1) We never meet her only spoken through email

2) I was falsely accused by her of having my dog. (When this was on our records it was approved after 3 months by jorja and was clear on my file).

3) Only reply to one of the people in the house when we ask her to reply to both for A more efficient line of communication

4) We had a flood which affected 50% of the house and it took us 4 month and 2 breach of duties for the house to fix . We had to get consumer affairs involved over 8 time just to get thing moving ( and this was a big part of the reason for us leaving)

5) Every time we call we never received a call back.

6) For no reason she held house bond for a week. I had to call and talk to someone at the RTBA

7) We were made to pay $440 for a house with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. When we could only use 1 and 1/2 bedrooms and one bathroom ( due to flood )

8) When trying to get a hold of Helena we never received a call back thought out all of this.

9) A we gave them about 40 day notice that we would be leaving due to the beach of duty they still felt as though it was far to charge us to advertise and release.



I would never recommend them for anyone .
