Complete Blinds

They have been delaying the order for so long and they did not measure the chain properly causing unnecessary holes in the walls. Also, the chain is broken within 2 years and we need to pay more than AUD100 to fix it. I paid in Dec 2015, the blind is not fully installed till April 2016. How does it take 4 months to install the blind? Also, I just called them and they said the warranty is expired, but it is only Feb 2018, the blind is not even installed yet in April 2016. They said I have to pay extra to fix the chain. The service is absolutely horrible. Please do not ever use it. It is very expensive and the service is the worst. Also, it is not professional at all.
