Me and my family have been using this surgery for over 20 years now, I have always found Michael to be professional, very caring and helpful with a good bedside manor. This is a busy practice, and getting an appointment in your time frames can be a struggle sometimes, although if you have a major issue they can normally fit you in,

So friendly and caring, they bulked me and my 5 month son due to me having to go there weekly.. :) some of the reception staff are a bit lacking but the doctor is fabulous :)

Very un happy with service. Will not be going back. Reception staff ignore you until they are ready to talk to you. Went to the dr for my son to get checked out. I was surprised they didn't bulk bill for a 2yr old and $80 for the consultation is unacceptable. My 2 yr old needed some test done so i went to S&N which is in the buildng. The lady was shocked when she saw that the dr didnt tick bulkbill she said "oh he has forgotten to tick the box so i will have to charge you full price, which will be about $95 out of pocket". I couldn't believe fora simple drs visit for a 2yr old we would be playing around $200. I could of taken him toemergency at the Wesley hospital for that price and they probably could of told me what was wrong with him. Definitely reccommend going to a different medical centre. I only went there because my gp is on holidays but will never go back again.
