PLATINUM REMOVALS

I contacted Platinum movers last minute as another firm messed up and thereafter was unable to make the dates they committed to.
The attendant, Caio, was exceptional: calm, clear, honest and straightforward. What a refreshing change from all the usual bs.
We have moved 4 times in 5 years. 2 of which were to and back from an international location. Caio and his team were much more professional and effective than any firm that we had used before.
The team were friendly helpful and knew what they were doing.

Caio was very accommodating and flexible and responded to emails, which is why we went with them!

Ive had to move house and pieces furniture a number of times over the last few years and these guys help me out every time without any fuss. They are always happy to fit you in to their schedule and handle the move with ease.

I don't think i've ever had such a bad experience with a company, ever. They have a professional-looking webpage and facebook page, and that's where it ends. They arrived really late, worked really slowly and even damaged items in transit.

I don't understand how everybody else loved them. I can't believe those are real reviews, that's my only explanation.

You have to hire a removalist you can trust, and this company was terrible.
