Every one please don’t take all these experiences from everyone lightly. There is a common theme here. Make your decision wisely as once the 50% deposit is handed over u better prey there is no issues.
I am no different from everyone else and so wish I saw the reviews before making my decision as my experience is no different.
I moved into a brand new house and the damages caused from poorly trained installers was horrendous.
My story needs a book and it would be fantastic if it was a non fiction with liars, fights, stand off, arguments, denial, threats and the worst of all that we try and not teach our children they are BULLIES!
A brand new house that has permanent damage and now over 6 mths later I don’t have all my blinds and left to slowly pick the pieces up.
I now have found a great new company to finish of the job and financially behind but had to save my mental state and so sad that the first brand new house I have ever owned was damaged.

We received the worst customer service I have ever had from a company through Apollo blinds at Newcastle/Belmont. The wrong shutter colour was ordered when we placed the order back in October 2019 and after blaming my husband the rep then admitted it was their fault and re-ordered the shutters. We were offered "paper blinds" to get us through the summer months. We have only just had them installed after 6 months of following up- being told dates for install that didn't eventuate, waiting on contact from the manager and then escalating to the NSW franchise manager who spoke to us once and agreed how bad the service was that they didn't even offer to install the wrong coloured blinds to get us through the summer and then didn't bother to follow up again after saying he would meet with the franchise owner. We were expected to pay full price with not even an offer of a small discount for the inconvenience and poor service we'd received. There are many other companies around, please do yourself a favour and pick another I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone!

Review for all Apollo Blinds, Salesman who came out to do the free measure and quote was great! Then they took more than the deposit from my credit card, then the second person to come and measure cancelled, pushing back the time to have the blinds made by 3 weeks until he was free to measure again, he was drunk when he came to measure, I had to chase up 6 weeks later to see if they had even been made, they had forgot to call me, the person who had to install them cancelled, we rebooked for the following week, they cancelled, re book the following week, almost cancelled but I threatened a refund, he came to install, the one in the kitchen wasn't measured properly (drunk guy), and the other two went up but the installer cracked my walls, it has been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for the one to be resized, just now receiving a phone call that they had to cancel again for it was still getting resized in Melbourne! who knows if it will be ready buy next week! All the while the girls in customer service say its not their problem and they have had too many people resign/fired and they have a tough job as it is! well I have paid for a service and I expect it done. if anyone else chooses this company "Buyer Beware".
The whole organisation needs a restructure and a lesson on customer service. Give a realistic timeframe of when services can be carried out then stick to it!

Last Sunday my cousin invited me at his wifes Beauty parlor, so for the vacation fun we just made visit .That palace is very compact but everything is arranged very systemically, main attractive display is made along the each window an balcony. but for to open the window ,it require to remove some display, that noticed by my wife and she ask why are they are not using Straight Drop Roller. She immediate call Apollo Blinds for their expert.20 minutes after expert technician reached and the took exact measurement of shape and size and shown there product catalog, really Apollo Blinds having very attractive product range with cheap at the price.In behalf my brother Thanks Apollo Blinds.

Last year my brother had installed roller blinds in his bedroom, These were now looking older than 10 years.(not matching with walls and other decorative colour).My brother has also not satisfied with that work, he ask me to call someone is best, I found Apollo Blinds. Apollo team done very significant work, they fitted some new dark color blinds in gap of 2-3 older one, its look amazing colour and design combination in very low cost. i want to suggest Apollo Blinds is best. .

I called Apollo blinds and they agreed to install Aluminium venetian blinds at my dental clinic on a Sunday! I made a request and they said yes. This is the way I like it. When companies are willing to truly look after their customers. Keep up the great work.

A few years ago I had some old roller blinds installed in the bedrooms. These were now beginning to look shabby (apart from the colours that no longer matched the current decor). I called Apollo Blinds and they worked over the weekend to fit new motorized blinds that were better in quality and colour that made our bedrooms a whole lot nicer.

I had multiple pelmets installed at my new office. Happy to say that Apollo blinds completed the task in a single day and did a neat job too. The current old blinds have been given a new look.

Before the staff from Apollo blinds arrived I had a rough idea of what I needed and what I thought would suit my lounge room and kitchen. However when I saw their catalogue, I was just amazed at the sheer size and range of options in material, colour and designs. Thanks a bunch.
