I had a lamp that didn't work. That wasn't really the problem, since I planned to return the item. The problem came when I tried to call them. I've been contacting them for days but I didn't get any answer. Then after a week, I tried to call them again and finally got an answer. I was told that one of their staff will come visit but I kept waiting and waiting until no one came. It was such a scam. I'm never going shopping at Mases ever again.

I ordered a Bollard Light at $60.00 that was supposed to be paid on the delivery, but when it arrived, the price suddenly increased to $69. I asked why but I didn't have a clear answer as to why the priced has increased. It was really an unfortunate experience.

I have ordered a LED globe and the IP44 LED strip from Mases but I have received a different order. I received much cheaper LED lights with poor quality and illumination. I called them to ask for assistance but I just kept being passed from the next person to another. I asked for the manager and he was finally able to reassure a solution for the issue. I really hope this don't happen to your other customers. As for me, I learned my lesson and I'm never going back to Mases.

I shopped at Mases Lighting and the transaction went well. I have purchased a chandelier and the delivery date was set. The next day, I was for the delivery but it's been a couple of hours since the estimated time of arrival and I still haven't heard from them. Another hour has passed and I got a call from them saying that the ordered product will not arrive until the next day. Same thing happened the following day and I just received the order on the third day. That was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend shopping at Mases.

Worst customer experience. They seem to have no knowledge about their products. I asked for the features and I was told to keep on hold. I've waited for 10 Minutes until the other person on line came back and told me that the product I was asking for was out of stock. I ended the call and lost my mood shopping. I never want to shopping at Mases again.

The worst shopping experience ever! I had a lot of questions about my purchase but they took a very long time to reply. I even tried to call them but the phone just kept ringing. After a few days, that's when they made a call to update me about my purchase just to say that it will be delayed for a few more days! I tried to cancel the order and get a refund but they said they don't give refunds. I had no choice but to wait for 4 days for the pendant light that I bought! I'd never shop at Mases Lighting again.

I had a great shopping experience at Mases lighting. It was a fun online shopping and I learned a lot of things about lighting fixtures too. Even though I didn't get up from the couch and went to the market, I was still able to find the right type of lighting I was looking for, thanks to Mases Lighting. They deserve 5 stars!

The best lights of the best brands! Mases Lighting has great offers and what's more amazing is their very affordable prices. They also have very friendly and approachable staff. Shopping at Mases is so fun!

Shopping online at Mases Lighting website's is totally fun, convenient and I even get to learn a lot of things from their blog. I have a fun time shopping and great time reading their articles. Mases Lighting is a great website to visit!
