Been using Frozone Air for years. Never had a problem, they have always been efficient and very attentive to our needs.

While their service was prompt, this company advised me that I had a worn fan motor which I asked them to replace. It’s an expensive repair and when completed I was advised that another fan, previously undiscovered by the technician, was worn and noisy. He told me he did not know that there was another fan! As the system still sounded as noisy as before, I asked if it was possible the wrong motor had been replaced and was told with a smile that it wasn’t noisy. I have since had a conversation with the manager who told me that “ you have the only air conditioner in the world with two motors”- an extraordinary statement from a supposed professional. No offer of a solution other than buying and installing an identical fan motor at

the same price. These people are quite rude and arrogant, and instead of admitting they may have made a mistake, basically called me a fool.

Avoid this company.

I have used this company for a installations of a new units, split and ducted and repairs to a old split system. They are a efficient and reliable company. I do not hesitate recommending this company for any air conditioning work
