Brian was really nice on the phone and was able to help me out with my requirements. I bought ziptrak blinds and was to receve a $100 refund if I paid before a specific time. I paid the lot on the night i got the quote. I got the blinds put in, very classy, a bit pricey but I like them a lot, however, was disappointed that they didn't keep the water out when it rained, so I have pools of water thru the garage. Still waiting on the refund. He's nice enough but likes to focus on the work at hand, no time for small talk, and did make me feel a bit stupid with some questions I had (probably because I couldn't hear him well on the phone the day before when he rang to say he was coming over, I thought just to put in a post).
