Flight Centre Bendigo

I called to make an appointment to come in store so i can make a booking for an overseas trip. Should be a pleasurable event...instead i listen to recorded message for 10 minutes and then it puts me through to say that the best way to contact them is to come in store to make an appointment to visit them in store...why have a phone???? i live nearly 50km away so can't make 2 trips to arrange this!
