Extremely bad customer service and the key i got cut is completely different to the reference one.

Wanted my shoes reheeled recently. He tried upgrading what I wanted done to include new soles. When I said No Thanks he said they were busy and it`d be 2 weeks. Explained we lived 1.5 hrs drive away so didn`t come to Bendigo every week and he dropped the time down to 3 or 4 days to a week . Really wasn`t interested in helping us. When I said No Thanks that didn`t work for us he just shrugged and turned his back on us. Doubt I`d go back again.
