Recently had two sheds demolished and asbestos removed with Deb. We are so pleased with the whole job. Deb kept in constant contact with regular updates throughout the whole process, visited the site regularly and Deano who completed the demolition work was just great.

Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, honest and professional service.

deb came here and was rather rude and wasnt interested in what i had to say about contamination of house and didnt even go around house. was sent by vcat order.

She responded quickly and helpfully to what we needed done which we were grateful for, and invoiced us what she had quoted for the initial works which we paid straight away as it was reasonable and what she had quoted so were expecting it. She offered to go back to site to be there when the concreters resumed their works, to pick up any further asbestos debris that arose. We gratefully accepted, not realising (and she never mentioned) that this would be charged additionally. I guess maybe we should have realised this....but...a week later she sends us an invoice for TWICE the original amount she had quoted & we had paid her... so overall it cost us additional thousands and thousands of dollars when we were only expecting the four thousand she had quoted for. Tried to speak to her about it but she just quickly changed the subject, wasn't keen to discuss and didn't apologise at all for not making sure we were aware of what she was going to charge. Some good old fashioned courtesy surely wouldn't go astray.
