Unfortunately some devices are easier to repair then others. Some take a lot longer then anticipated because of the complications and damages caused to the device by the user that is why we have warranty on all our repairs and always make sure that when the device comes back it is fixed without charge and if the job is unsuccessful after few attempts the customer is always issued a re-fund or a credit towards a new device. We pride ourself with excellent customer service for 13 years however we cant please every one.

I cant even bring myself to give these people 1 star but for the sake of the review I have to...... I first bought a my ipad to them 1 month ago , this ipad is something I use everyday and I was really heartbroken when I broke it. before I took it to them I did some research about this type of repair and noticed that a lot of people getting their ipad repaired had issues after about a month or so with the screen lifting back up, so with this information I called these people because they were the closes and asked about the screen lifting issue and they said that this type of thing never happens to their repairs so I they eventually repaired it and the service was fast so I was happy at the time but this morning I noticed that it was harder to press the home button and I notices that the left hand side of my ipad was lifting off. these people are a bunch of liars who obviously think that people are dumb. I never leave reviews but I just wanted to inform everyone what happened.

Definitely wouldn't recommend. I've used them twice, the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they took over 2 weeks to repair a phone they said id have back in no more than 2 days they then called at 5:30 on a Friday (they close at 6 and not open weekends) and they said they had my phone ready for pickup... Then the second time i brought in my water damaged phone, they explained i would get a quote within 2 days then if it couldnt be fixed they could replace it for a fee (which is fine) They rang and we confirmed I'd get a replacement within 7-10 days. After a week passes my mum received a call asking for an apple ID (i was away at the time and my mum willingly gave away our info) an hour later they externally wiped my mums phone. To this day they still claim they didn't. Anyway another 2 weeks later they organised a replacement for my black 32GB iphone, mum brought it home and its a white 16 GB... More dramas and more waiting. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
