Aramex (Central Coast)

I was home yesterday at 0900 hrs when ticket left stated that the delivery person knocked on my Front Door (?) and did NOT get a reply. I was in the house. I heard nothing. In an

attempt to follow up and recover my parcel I went to or attempted to find the business address, this was very difficult. When ringing the 4314 4427 found on the website address, the number was answered by persons who had difficulty understanding my request for re-delivery or delivery to my Post Office in Wyoming NSW 2250. Why is this too difficult to redirect? The person answering the phone said "we don't redeliver to Post Office ? ?"
