I had a problem with my second battery system not working correctly. Several auto electricians in SA and WA and several thousand dollars poorer the system was still not working for more than a few days at a time. In Darwin city I called into the AANT for advice. They gave me a list of their approved auto electricians one of which was Cool Tech at Berrimah. I met with the owner Wayne who listened to my concerns, looked at my detailed invoices for work already done and said he was most confident of being able to fix the problem. Thankfully Wayne was able to book me in within a few days. when i arrived the first day, Wayne and staff explained the facilities, customer lounge, tea coffee, toilets etc. It was my choice to stay on premises even though Wayne offered to drive me to where I was staying and pick me up at the end of the job.
Wayne carefully examined and tested every component of the auxiliary system and explained each stage to me in terms that i could understand.
There was one component that was faulty and only a few weeks old. Wayne chased up warranty for me and when the local agent said I had to take the component back to Western Australia, Wayne clearly explained to the agent that that process was unacceptable.
It turned out that Wayne had the vehicle for two days and I have now been using the system for the last few weeks without any problem.
Would I recommend Wayne and Cool Tech? definitely Yes, he achieved what seven other auto electricians did not. he fixed the problem and i was happy to pay what I considered a fair invoice. Wayne and his staff were friendly and professional.

My car was sitting there for over three weeks and way overcharged me when they said they will look after me. Charged me $400 more than what the dealership quoted me. Complete rip-off artists. Do not trust. I am a disabled pensioner in a wheelchair.
