Totally disgusted with Harts Funerals. Fully prepaid and still taking almost a year to finalise grave site. Absolutely disgusting treatment. Heartless funeral place. Never would even consider Harts again. I suggest to get your act together and honour prepaid agreements! For God sake put the plaque on my sister's grave. It was fully paid for. Took months to get her ashes interned, govt levy was prepaid..read your invoice. Dont bother with this cruel funeral person. Go somewhere else. Complications added on top of grieving, when all should have been straight forward.
