J. J. Kerr's Appliance Centre

Would never in my life recommend this company. Very poor service. Had JJ Kerrs come out to look at my appliance went to fix it the first time only to use it again and was doing the same things that it was doing in the first place . Had shown a video of what it was doing as well as told them what it was doing. They have come out to my house 4 times and still have not fixed the problem. All they said was pipes had hole in it. So I got a more professional company to come out and yeah no hole in pipes. Yes I knew I should have asked them to show me this hole or take a photo but they didn’t even offer to either.

So definitely won’t be recommending such poor workmanship as it’s obvious that they don’t know what they are doing.

They are just another company happy to take your money but when they stuff up make your life painful I’m I night shift worker and have now been sleeping on my couch for 3 weeks save yourself the drama and go elsewhere.

Great service and professional standard. True to word J.J. Kerr's said they wiould complete the job on Wednesday before Easter and they did!
