A complete and utter rip off they take your money and close down for renovations WHILST YOU KEEP PAYING and give you NO notice this is happening! Was in the office 2 weeks prior and NO MENTION of this which appalling behaviour by this business, beware they will take your money and pay for there own business AND this is after you have already tried to cancel WITHIN the "cooling down'" period that they DON'T ANSWER the phone until the DAY AFTER this period and then they force you to freeze your membership with there sale tactics!! Disgraceful you should be offering cancellations if YOU decide to close down!! By the looks of it your reviews its not the first time you have been rude & arrogant to your "customers". Shame on you!
