      VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!i bought a pair of fxd pants for my husband and they would not change them for a smaller size because we didn't have the receipt. very rude and unhelpful the staff were. understandable that its a policy to have a receipt but an exchange is all we were after
