Advanced Fencing

Going by the google ratings from 9, 6, and 4 years ago all being 1 star I suppose that my experience shouldn’t have been a surprise.

That 3 years ago they got 5 stars should have been positive, seeing as our job was done 3 years ago.

Their 1 star review here from 10 years ago likewise makes me wary.



I’ll make this quick.



Advanced fencing were subcontracted by Rivergum to build the fence for our home.

3 years later fence falls over. We discover the fence was glued to a polystyrene wall, not concreted into the ground.

GLUED.

Contacted Rivergum who contracted Advanced Fencing.

Contacted them again. And again. And AGAIN.

Eventually we’re told that Advanced fencing have completed a report resulting in that they consider the issue outside their warranty terms and conditions.



Contact advanced fencing directly to ask for the report.

No response

No response.

Contacted a final time.

No response.

They were given ample opportunity to discuss the matter, or improve our view of their business. They actively chose not to.

initiallly pleased, yet after the constant delay and run around, not answering my calls and constant "yeah relax mate, just give us a few more weeks"... i got sick of them and wish i went some where smaller than had better respect of their customers! its been three months and all there is, is 6 posts in the ground,,, and then i only think i got them because i asked them 4 weeks later whats happening with our fence.. we live in brighton which is metro area ??? please choose your companies wisely and dont choose these people unless you have it in writing (a contract) that they will get it completed in their "4week" guarentee... $1600 for a 3 month wait and 6 posts in the ground!!! nnot HAPPY!!!!!!!
