PK and his team are fabulous. They are highly skilled and always get the job done right. They also go to any lengths to accomodate me and are 10/10 for customer service!

I found PK Mobile Auto Electrical and Air Conditioning through a Google search as I was desperate to find someone who could work out why my car was making such a horrendous noise. I had 3 mechanics look at my car and all couldn’t work it out. I decided to give PK a try as he was close to my house. Long story short, they knew exactly what the problem was and everything was resolved in a day. Fantastic service, professional and they really know their stuff. They can fix anything and everything with your car so it’s a one stop shop. They now have a regular customer in me. 100% bring your car here!

Just been back for the third time.

As usual to provide us with the old-fashioned service that we used to get years ago without ripping us off

We were stranded after the car wouldn’t start and urgently needed it to pick up child from school

PK came quickly, tested the car, found it was only the battery and even came back a second time with a battery as car owner was unwell with pregnancy

Car problem was diagnosed by PK, after RAA and locksmith could not find fault. Dealership said 4 week wait to diagnose, independent auto electrician said 7 day wait. PK said come in now. Was fixed inless than 2 hours. Brilliant service, very friendly staff. Would give 25 stars if allowed

My partner took his Nissan Navara D22 to have the problem fixed. Dropped car just before 8:00am as instructed. Partner clearly communicated the issue, including issues with the radio. While partner was talking to PK, he started a conversation with another customer and left my partner hanging. Rude. My partner actually said after some time, “Hey mate, I’m not finished talking”. After that awkwardness, he was not given a time frame for pick up or estimated cost. My partner had to call at 4:30pm to ask if car was finished. Upon arrival, no itemised invoice was provided, instead just an amount to be paid. Proof of replacement parts not provided. No idea of what cost what, including labour. Tiny receipt given that showed nothing. Totally dissatisfied with lack of professionalism and accountability. Will definitely not be back and most certainly do not recommend to others!!

This morning I left my Hilux at the worshop for some work to be done on spotlights and fitting a lightbar. The standard of work is excellent, friendly service, nothing is too big or small, the guys made me feel like I mattered. I am going to send my HiLux for future work to be done.

PK was on time, and fixed the problem effectively and professionally.

The best experience with these guys! PK was so thorough and trustworthy, and did everything to such a high standard as well as taking the time to explain and run through everything with me. The first place I’ll go for any other auto electrics I may need!

These guys couldn't do enough for us, we had a problem with our redarc system in our caravan that we were living in at the time. The part that they needed wasn't available so they ordered the whole system and took out the part we needed. Great service of old unheard of these days, couldn't recommend then highly enough.
