We are so happy with save a lot beds products! Great service and great value! We purchased king ensemble last week and got delivered the next day. We feel happy with the quality, and we will tell friends go to your shop!

We waited 3 months for Regal luxury bed Boy was it worth waiting for Marc was so nice and helpful and he has brought the business up to a great standard My son fractured his spine and found the bed very confortable for his backThank you for everything

SAVE A LOT BEDS
Very pleased bought 2 mattresses at a show 1 Queen & a King size. I have noticed a few negative reviews online bought I thought I would let everyone know that I have only had a pleasant experience. We were a bit worried about the reviews so I called a few time to confirm my order and date of delivery a guy by the name Mark told me 4 weeks like they said at the show on the paper work. 4 weeks later the mattresses were at my home.
Wonderful service and amazing products.

Thanks Save A Lot Beds!!!
I bought a Regal Luxury a few months ago at the Sydney show I had been looking around at a few retail shops and now what I wanted I terms of feel. I was surprised at the cost comparison between retail price and the price I finalized at the show.
In the furniture shop I was Quoted $2999 but at the show I paid $1999 for the like for like product. WOW Happy Me.
Thanks Mahendra & Matt will be back next year for the kids rooms.

I came across Save a lot Beds at Sydney Home Show at Sydney Olympic Park in Oct, where they had a stall.
I liked their mattresses and booked a king mattress ensemble on 30th Oct.
The salesperson promised us that we would get it by Mid December. We were asked to pay in full as he said it's less than 2 months for delivery.
We paid all but $200. In first week of December I called up them regarding the delivery.
I called their customer care number 3-4 times and everytime I was told that the message will be passed to the concerned department a nd they will get back to me, but I never heard back. I also sent emails asking for the status, but no answer there too.
Finally after calling atleast 10 times, I talked to a guy, who kept saying that he had no information regarding what is happening with my order as he only joined the company 2 weeks back.
He promised that he'll call me back as soon as he gets any information. Again I didn't hear from him. When I called again, he said its Christmas time and hence they are quite over loaded. I was surprised to hear that as they knew very well, that it's going to be a quite hectic in December due to Christmas and still promised me the delivery before Christmas, so I assumed that they have promised keeping all these things in mind. Anyway after multiple follow ups, I was told that they delivered my mattress to the wrong person and will now take it back from him and deliver to me.
I wasn't happy to accept a mattress which is delivered to somebody else, for obvious reasons. I asked to cancel my order and issue a refund, to which they said that their Boss is in Egypt, on holidays and none of the refunds can be processed until he is back from holidays! After few more calls, they again made false promises saying that the mattress will be delivered either just before Christmas or just after Christmas, but until 5-Jan Its 30-Jan now and they have stopped answering my calls and haven't contacted me at all regarding the delivery.
