I received the ink cartridges I ordered in 2 business days, then, thinking i had ordered the wrong size, I phoned customer service to enquire about refund. The customer service person patiently established the cartridge was correct and stayed on the line while I checked it in the printer. They spent 20 minutes on the phone with me while I established the cartridge was correct for my printer. When I thanked them, they responded 'that's what we're here for'. Restored my faith in humanity for a moment!

I ordered my ink cartridges by phone on 20/09/21 they were delivered to Melbourne before 10am on 21/09/21. Fantastic. Recommend ink station to everyone, staff fantastic service also amazing.
