A license alarm installer, I called him to reset master code of my NX-16 alarm system. After reset, the service light on, he said don't worry about it. Then I realised all the bedroom sensors do not have connect to the panel. I called him he said he doesn't know what's the problem! He took your money, check everything before you pay, otherwise he won't response to you! If he doesn't know the problem if my alarm system, he should not have the alarm installer license. Don't waste your money! Go for a big company!
